Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you access or use The Weekly Playbook. By using the service, you agree to them. The Weekly Playbook is an independent fantasy football analytics and entertainment service; it is not affiliated with Sleeper or the NFL.

Using the service

You are responsible for using an account you control, keeping access to it secure, and ensuring you are legally able to agree to these Terms. You may submit a public Sleeper NFL league link or ID to create reports for your league. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

Reports and data

The service uses Sleeper league information, recorded statistics, and calculated analysis to create weekly playbooks. Reports are for fantasy football entertainment and informational purposes. Historical results, lineup optimization, schedule-luck analysis, and commentary do not guarantee future performance and are not betting, financial, or professional advice. Sleeper data may be incomplete or change after corrections. Some formats or analysis may be unsupported; the service will identify unavailable analysis rather than promise it.

Free edition and subscriptions

Each eligible Sleeper league can generate one complete edition free before payment. An email address is required to deliver the finished edition. Deleting or reconnecting does not reset eligibility. A failed generation is retryable and does not consume the edition. Subscribing is optional and available independently of free generation. The subscription is $5 USD per league per week, not per manager. Any trial offered in Checkout includes one edition and its end date is shown before confirmation; cancel before that date to avoid the first charge. You can cancel future renewals from Manage subscription at any time. Checkout shows the actual price, applicable tax, trial eligibility, and renewal terms before confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Paid subscriptions renew weekly until you cancel or the supported fantasy season ends, whichever occurs first. Billing stops by January 6, 2027, and does not automatically restart next season. Weekly editions are delivered every Tuesday. You can manage or cancel through the subscription controls in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access already paid for may continue through the current paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly. Refunds and other payment rights are subject to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.

Your content and sharing

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You give us permission to process it as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Reports saved to your account are for your personal use and your fantasy league. You may share an edition using the service’s share controls. Anyone who obtains an active share link may be able to view that edition; you can revoke the link, but cannot recall copies already saved.

Third-party services

The product depends on third-party services including email delivery, Sleeper data, AI report-writing services, Stripe payments, and Cloudflare hosting. Their availability and processing are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages in services we do not control.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free reports. We may modify or discontinue features, including when a data source or supported season changes. We will update these Terms when needed and revise the date above.

Account deletion and support

You can delete your Playbook data from your dashboard. If you have an active subscription, we first request cancellation; if cancellation cannot be confirmed, your data is kept until the issue is resolved. Stripe may retain payment records under its own obligations. For help, contact support@theweeklyplaybook.com.
